Canopy MLS Two-Step Process for Registering Firm Exclusive Agreements The Firm Exclusive Agreement form must be registered to Canopy MLS within two (2) business days from the "Effective Date" of the listing agreement. Step 1 The Firm Exclusive Agreement form must be completed and signed by the Seller(s), Listing Agent and the Listing Brokerage's Member Participant (usually the Broker in Charge) and maintained with all other contractual documents related to the listing. If requested by Canopy MLS staff the signed and completed Firm Exclusive Agreement form must be made available for review within two (2) days of the request.
